Summer coconut popsicles

Strawberry cocos popsicles and cocos lime icecream with mint and maple syrup, popsicle

The summer has arrived and you need to keep your head and body cool, and what better way to do that than by eating lots of popsicles?! My body can’t handle dairy very well so I like to make popsicles with water or coconut instead.

I’ve made lots of variations of these popsicles this spring, but I finally found the right amount of ingredients and now I’m sharing them with you! It’s easy, it’s quick and they are healthy, enjoy!
