Some ideas you can do with the free calendar
You can decide what moods you like to track, just give it a color and track your moods over the month. You can also track habits or symptoms. At the end of the month, you can look back and evaluate. The calendar can be printed or used in notability and other apps.
Gratitude or self-esteem log
Write something down every day that you are grateful for or something positive about yourself. Great way to boost self-esteem and deal with depression.
Use it as a birthday calendar or planner, write down your meetings, birthdays, parties and other important activities you have to attend to.
