I’m a firm believer in using arts and crafts to improve mental health. A lot of people live in their heads, they are stressed, overthink everything and don’t know how to relax anymore. Working with your hands to make something can help you get back in your body and use your brain differently. That’s why I will share tutorials, crafts and other creative things from now on to help you get out of your head.
